This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police to register a case in CSR No.327 of 2015 filed against the petitioner's complaint dated 13.6.2015 .

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a petition enquiry was conducted on the complaint dated 13.06.2015 given by the petitioner and the same was closed on 14.06.2015. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the petitioner.

4. Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
