1. This is an application seeking to implead respondent No.2 in its capacity as a Garnishee in A.No.2990 of 2016. 1.1. It is stated that respondent No.1 is now working with respondent No.2 (Christ Jyoti Convent School).

2. In view of the submissions made in the application, respondent No.2 is impleaded as a party in A.No.2990 of 2016.

3. Application is accordingly, disposed of.

In view of the order passed today, in A.No.4977 of 2016, the subsisting respondent No.2, i.e., Mary Matha School Kherdi Chiplun (Pri.) is deleted from the array of parties.

4.1. Instead as directed today, Christ Jyoti Convent School is added as a party.

5. Counsel for the applicant will filed an amended memo of parties.

5.1. Accordingly, notice shall issue to the newly added 2nd respondent i.e., Christ Jyoti Convent School on steps being taken by the applicant in that behalf. The applicant is also given liberty to serve the respondent via private mode.

6. Re-notify on 17.11.2016.
