This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned II Additional Family Judge, Chennai to take up the memo filed by the petitioner dated 25.11.2021 and also the memo filed by the respondent dated 27.06.2022, wherein, both the petitioner and the Page No.1/4
respondent requested the Court to record that both parties have resolved the disputes amicably and don't want to proceed with the case. It is submitted that inspite of the filing of memos in 2021 and 2022 respectively, they are not disposed off.
2. Considering the circumstances, the learned II Additional Family Judge, Chennai is directed to dispose of the memo dated 25.11.2021 filed by the petitioner and the memo dated 27.06.2022 filed by the respondent within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
