O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the defendants have filed six documents before the Trial Court and even though four documents received by the plaintiffs, two documents are not received. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioners/defendants are before this Court.

2. Mr.M.Sriram, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that he has no objection for receiving the documents subject to proof and relevancy.

3. Accordingly, the present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction directing the Trial Court to receive the documents subject to proof and relevancy. Further, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the Suit is pending from the year 2014 and on considering the same, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the Suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
