This Writ Petition has been filed directing the 2nd respondent to provide police protection to the Petitioner, its properties, men and materials at H-1, SIPCOT Industrial Park, Irungattukottai, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, for the free movement of men and materials from the above premises and to prevent the occurrence of unlawful activities at the instance of the 1st Respondent, its members, men, agents, or persons acting in the name of the 1st Respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the second respondent. Though notice has been served, the first respondent has not entered appearance, either in person or through Counsel.

3. This Court, during the earlier hearing on 28.02.2025, granted an order of interim injunction. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the interim injunction granted by this Court is made absolute. Accordingly, W.M.P. No. 8150 of 2025 is ordered.

4. In view of the above, no further orders are required in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 27.03.2025 Index:Yes/No kv 3/5
