O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenue with a grievance that his daughter namely, P.Priya, aged about 21 years, was kidnapped on 30.11.2017. During the pendency of the present Habeas Corpus Petition, the respondent Police secured the detenue and handed over to the petitioner. The petitioner Mr.E.Perumal also furnished a statement before the Inspector of Police, Chengalpet Taluk Police Station that his daughter P.Priya was secured by the police and handed over to him.

2.This being the factum, no further adjudication is required in the Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, the petition stands closed.
