This Criminal Original Petition has been filed toto call for the records of the proceedings in C.C.No.500 of 2020 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pondicherry and to set aside the final report filed therein and to consequently direct re-investigation in Crime No.13 of 2019 by the 2nd respondent herein.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
