Crl.M.P.No.4615 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.20828 of 2021 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN,J., This petition is filed to extend the time to complete the investigation and to file a final report as per the directions of this Court, by order dated 23.11.2021, in Crl.O.P.No.20828 of 2021.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the final report is ready and the matter is pending for getting sanction for prosecution.

3.For the reasons aforestated, further time of four months is granted for completing the formalities and filing the final report before the concerned Court.
