This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the case in respect of the complaint dated 27.4.2015 lodged by the petitioner herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. 3.It is seen that the complaint was sent post to the respondent and no action has been taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint in writing to the Superintendent of Police. On such complaint being given, the Superintendent of Police shall assign it to the concerned jurisdictional Police for investigation and the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
