O R D E R

This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the lower Court in Crl.MP. No.1263 of 2018, in Crime no.1 of 2017 dated 19/12/2018 on the file of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam and to relax the condition imposed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam, in Crl.M.P.No.224 of 2018 in Crime No.1 of 2017.

2. It is reported that the petitioner is reporting before the respondent police on the first day of every month from April 2018 onwards.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) has filed a counter affidavit and submitted that the petitioner has not disclosed anything during interrogation and opposed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the said condition is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required.
