Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents herein from in any manner conducting Certificate Verification without following 5% Reservation under Ex-Servicemen Quota as per Clause 8(b) of the Notification No.05/2017 dated 26.07.2017 and consequently direct the respondents herein to permit the petitioners herein to complete the two stage selection procedure by participating in the Certificate Verification for final selection process for recruitment to the post of physical Education.
