ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petitions. He has also circulated a Letter dated 28.07.2023 to the Registry to that effect.

2. In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
