Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time by another two weeks for complying the condition 6(c) the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of the Crime No.7 of 2019 in Crl.M.P.No.17104 of 2019 and order modified dated 09.01.2020 and order in issued in Crl.O.P.No.26092 of 2019 of this Hon'ble Court and also thereby executing sureties.

3.Time granted by this Court in the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.17104 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.26092 of 2019 dated 09.01.2020 is further extended by a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
