ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 23.11.2020 for the offence under Sections 7, 8 of POCSO Act @ Sections 4, 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 in Cr.No.2 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner cheated the victim girl aged about 16 years under the guise of marriage and had sexual relationship with her, due to which, she gave birth to a child. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is a married man with two children. 5.Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
