ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation 23.05.2016, given by the petitioner and to take action in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On the complaint given by the petitioner with regard to the death of his son, a case in Crime No. 92 of 2016 has been registered on 21.03.2016, under Section 174 Cr.P.C. and investigation is in progress.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after postmortem, the viscera has been sent to the laboratory for examination and report is awaited. In the meantime, the petitioner has given a representation dated 23.05.2016 to the Superintendent of Police, Ariyalur District, making allegations against certain persons, who are said to have been involved in the death of his son. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and give the same contents of the representation dated 23.05.2016 to the second respondent-Police. The second respondent shall look into the grievance of the petitioner during the course of investigation.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
