This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent to register the FIR against the complaint before the 1st respondent on 21.04.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents .
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a petition enquiry was conducted on the complaint given by the petitioner and the same was closed on 15.05.2015. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the petitioner.
4. Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is being continuously threatened and if that is true, the petitioner shall give a new complaint for the new cause of action.
