ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been preferred seeking to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karaikkal, Puducherry to pass an order and close the case on the referred charge sheet filed by the second respondent police in final report no.146 of 2014 dated 14.10.2014.

2 Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.28 of 2012 has been completed by the police and closure report has been filed in R.C.S. No.6 of 2015 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karaikal and the same has also been accepted by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karaikal on 22.03.2018.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
