ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 26.05.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry in CSR.No.73 of 2016 is pending against the petitioner and that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry.

4. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the respondent-Police is directed to expeditiously conduct enquiry in accordance with law or otherwise close the case under due intimation to the petitioner.
