When the matter was taken up for hearing in four occasions, namely on 22.07.2020, 29.07.2020, 05.08.2020 and 20.08.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner. Even today there is no representation for the petitioner and the same would show that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Accordingly, the Tr.C.M.P. is liable to be dismissed and the same is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, C.M.P. No.6430 of 2020 is closed. No costs.
