This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent Police to file final report in FIR in Crime No.06 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent under the supervision of the 1st respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the 2nd respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 23.02.2022, no final report is filed till date. 4.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the 2nd respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of four months. 5.In view of the above, the 2nd respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the de facto complainant. 2/4

6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
