ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 11.02.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that pursuant to the punishment imposed on the erstwhile Head Master, the post became vacant and one Mr.Vasantha Selvan was appointed in the place of the dismissed employee. The School submitted a proposal to approve the appointment of the said appointee and the authorities are yet to take a decision. Thus, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the proposal submitted by the School and accordingly, dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible on merits and in accordance with law. 3.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs. 2/4
