This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent herein to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 14.09.2021 by following the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu in Crl.M.P.No.9688 of 2021 dated 26.11.2021 and conduct an investigation in a fair and proper manner.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the FIR has been registered in Crime No.120 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324, 511 and 506(i) of IPC.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
