2.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) filed counter affidavit along with the typed set of papers, the perusal of the same would reveal that after due enquiry, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the respondent police has closed the case on the ground
that the civil case is pending between the parties. 3.In view of the same, the remedy available to the petitioner is either to contest the civil suit or to invoke Sections 154(3) and 156(3) Cr.P.C.
4.With the above observation, the contempt petition is closed.
