Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 1st respondent in Ref.No.4023/E1/2008 dated 27.10.2015, and quash the same, insofar as it directs the petitioner herein to report to the 3rd respondent for regular work and to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to obtain necessary sanction for the creation of one supernumerary of post of Junior Engineer (E&R) in the 1st respondent institute in order to accommodate the petitioner in the said post.
