2.Today, when the petitions are taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. They have also produced a copy of the order in G.O.Ms.No.111 Public Works (H2) Department dated 18.05.2017 to that effect.

3.Recording the same, both the contempt petitions are closed. Consequently, connected Sub Applications are also closed.
