ORDER

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the sole petitioner died on 22.05.2021 and a copy of the Death Certificate is also placed before this Court. So far, no application is filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased.

2. In such circumstances, this Court has no other option, but to close the proceedings and accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. The legal representatives of the deceased, so desire, are at liberty to file proper application. No costs.
