This petition is filed to implead the proposed 2nd respondent as 2nd respondent in Crl.O.P.No.29392 of 2022 on the file of this Court. 2.Considering the nature of the prayer in Crl.O.P.No.29392 of 2022, this Court is of the view that, proposed 2nd respondent is the necessary party for effective adjudication of Crl.O.P.No.29392 of 2022. Therefore, this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to implead the proposed 2nd respondent as 2nd respondent in Crl.O.P.No.29392 of 2022.

4. Post the matter after three weeks.
