By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he made a representation on 01.11.2018 to the third respondent herein seeking to pay compensation for his land, which was acquired by the respondents 1 to 4. According to the petitioner, as per the Judgment in A.S.No.131 of 1957, the amount payable to the claimants 2 and 3 remain invested in the National Savings Scheme. Now the respondents 5 to 9 attempting to receive the amount lying in the national Savings Scheme.

Therefore the petitioner gave representation to the respondents 1 to 4. Since no order has been passed till date, the petitioner has come out with this petition.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that there exist some dispute between the petitioner and other parties. Therefore, the petitioner's representation would be considered after providing due opportunity to the parties concerned.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions made by the counsel for both side, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the third respondent, to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 01.11.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing due opportunity to the petitioner as well as the interested parties to the subject land in question, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
