Respondent PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to modify the condition that stay and report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthukottai daily at 10.30a.m. instead the petitioner shall stay at Villupuram and report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Villupuram, daily at 10.30a.m. in Crl.M.P.No.1520 of 2015 dated 16.06.2015 before the Principal Sessions Court at Thiruvallur.

O R D E R

Petition for modification of the anticipatory bail condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur in Crl.M.P.No.1520 of 2015 dated 16.06.2015.

2. The learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner directing him to stay at Villupuram and report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Villupuram daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a Government employee working as wireman in Tamil Nadu Electricity Board and he find very difficult to comply with the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur and hence, he seeks modification.

4. In the circumstances, the order of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur passed in Crl.M.P.No.1520 of 2015 dated 16.06.2015 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthukottai daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders. 5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
