... Respondents Review Petition filed under Order XL VII Rule 1 r/w Section 114 of the Code of Civil Procedure praying to review the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.4184 of 2023, dated 13.02.2023. For Petitioner : Mr.G.Karthikeyan, Senior Counsel ***** 1/4

O R D E R

This review application has been filed mainly on the ground that a similar order was passed for yet another person, viz., S.Kasiramkumar in W.P.No.17404 of 2019 on 03.03.2021 and the said order has not seen the light of the day. Therefore, according to the petitioner, the petitioner will also meet the same fate and the respondent will not complete the disciplinary proceedings as directed by this Court.

2. Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the order passed by the learned Single Judge in the other writ petition in W.P.No.17404 of 2019 was not brought to the notice of this Court and if the attention of this Court had been drawn to the said order, this Court would not have passed the order in the present writ petition.

3. In the considered view of this Court, the order passed in W.P.No.17404 of 2019 would not have really impacted this Court while passing the final orders in W.P.No.4184 of 2023. In any case, this Court does not find any error apparent on the face of the order requiring its review. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed in W.P.No.4184 2/4

of 2023, he must only work out his remedy by way of filing an appeal. There is absolutely no ground to review the earlier order passed in W.P.No.4184 of 2023 on 13.02.2023.

In the result, this review application is dismissed. 13.04.2023 Index: yes/no Speaking Order/Non-Speaking Order gm N.ANAND VENKATESH, J 3/4
