PRAYER : Writ Appeal filed under Clause 15 of Letters Patent Act to set aside the order dated 30.11.2021 in W.P.No.31335/2017 passed by this Court to enable the appellants to pursue the suit pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Tirupathur in O.S.No.69/2017. JUDGMENT

(Order of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the order of the Writ Court in W.P.No.31335/2017, dated 30.11.2021 was complied with by the HR & CE Department and to that effect, he has also produced the proceedings of the Joint Commissioner, HR & CE Department, Vellore-12, in se.muu.mu. No. 373/2023/ A1, dated 18.05.2023 before this court. He further submitted that, inview of the above, the prayer sought for in the writ appeal has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication.

2. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants as well as the proceedings of the Joint Commissioner, HR & CE Department, Vellore-2, dated 18.05.2023, this writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
