This Court, by order 24.04.2023, has directed the respondents 2 to 4 to inspect the property in question within a period of one and file a status report.

Pursuant to the order dated 24.04.2023, a status report has been filed before this Court by the second respondent, wherein it is stated that, after the inspection of the property in question, the respondents have found that the petitioner has not rectified any deviation except removal of the balcony projection on the road side.

In view of the above status report filed, the order of the court has been complied with. Hence, no further orders are required.
