This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take the complaint dated 29.03.2016 on its file and to register the FIR and investigate the matter.

2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. No representation for the petitioners may be due to boycott of Courts. However, in Harish Uppal [Ex.Capt.] Vs Union of India reported in [2003] 2 SCC 45, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has held that boycott of Courts is illegal and therefore, this Court perused the records and passes the following order:

4. On a reading of the complaint dated 29.03.2016 it is seen that a joint complaint has been given by about 20 persons to the Superintendent of Police, Land Grabbing Division, Kancheepuram. It is alleged in the complaint that one M.Parameswari, E.Rajkumari, R.Sampath and S.Selvamani have misrepresented to the Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu and has obtained certain ex parte orders in O.S.No.141 of 2009.

In the considered opinion of this Court, the complaint does not disclose commission of any cognizable offence for issuing a direction to the respondent police, inasmuch as the dispute relates to a civil case before the competent Court. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
