Today (11.08.2016) when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.9165 of 2015 dated 25.01.2016 has been complied with, in effect the said compliance has not yield any fruitful result. 2.If that is the case, the petitioner can work out separate proceedings and not by way of this contempt proceedings. Therefore, this Court does not find any wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
