Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, submits that each of the Petitioners have received the eligible amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakhs only) from the Hon'ble Chief Minister Relief Fund for victims and the proof of payment for the same has also been produced before this Court, which is accepted by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, who has made an endorsement

to that effect. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed, recording the aforesaid subsequent developments. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
