CMP.Nos.6212, 6214 & 6218 of 2020 and 10971 of 2021 have been filed (a) to condone the delay of 2466 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 4th respondent Padmavathi; (b) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 4th respondent; (c) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 4th respondent as respondents 10 to 12 and (d) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 11th respondent as respondents 13 to 15 in the main second appeal.

2. Mr.S.Senthil, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the proposed respondents in CMP.Nos.6212, 6214 & 6218 of 2020. He has also not raised any serious objection for allowing these applications. Accordingly, these applications are allowed as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title and list the second appeal for hearing on 16.08.2021.

4. Learned counsel for the Appellant is permitted to serve copies of typed
