calling for the records from the first respondent relating to the order dated 21.02.2023 bearing Reference Rc. No. A1/ 2585 / 2022 extending the petitioners suspension for another two months and quash the same as illegal arbitrary without jurisdiction and to consequently direct the Respondents to allow the petitioner to discharge her duties as Associate Professor and HOD (Tamil ) in the second respondent college by treating the period from 25.08.2022 as duty pay salary and other benefits for the entire period from 25.08.2022.

Prayer in W.P.No.9238 of 2023 :- Writ Petition filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records from the 1st respondent relating to the Memorandum bearing Ref. No. A1/0398/2023 read with proceedings No. Rc.No. A1/0398/2023 dt. 14.03.2023 appointing the Enquiry Officer and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, predetermined without jurisdiction and to consequently direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to discharge her duties as before by paying the full salary from 25.08.2022 with all other monetary, service and consequential benefits which the petitioner would have been paid and granted impugned proceedings was not issued within the time frame fixed by this Court. Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, Special Government Pleader - R3 & R4 COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed challenging the suspension Order and appointing of the enquiry officer in the departmental proceedings and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to discharger her duties.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that charges have been dropped against the petitioner and the Management also revoked the suspension Order passed against the petitioner and she had joined in C.Kandaswami Naidu College for Men, Chennai and he also filed a memo to that effect.

3. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for petitioner, nothing serves for adjudication in these Writ Petitions.
