2.Both the learned counsel have requested this Court that the matter may be referred to mediation Centre attached to this Court. 3.Considering the submissions made by both the learned counsel for the parties, this Court refers the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court, to resolve the issue by the parties amicably. Registry is directed to send all the case papers to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court, within one week. The parties concerned shall appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court.
