ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent No.1 to facilitate the refund of the entire amount of fees collected from the petitioner by the respondent No.3 in accordance with the regulations notified by respondent No.2. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions submitted that the respondents refunded the entire amount of fees collected from the petitioner and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as no further adjudication is required.
