2. The petitioner has preferred an application under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, which is pending before the respondent-District Collector, Kanchipuram since March, 2018.

3. The prayer in this petition is that the application pending before the respondent be disposed of at the earliest.
