O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed complaining that the order passed in W.P.No.33155 of 2017 dated 08.02.2018, was not complied with.

2. This Court, after hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, issued statutory notice to the respondents on 04.09.2018. Accordingly, the matter is listed today for further hearing. In pursuant to the said statutory notice, the respondents are personally present before this Court.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that the order passed by this Court has been complied with on 07.09.2018. He has also produced the copy of the said order.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is not disputing the above said facts.

5. Considering, the above stated facts and circumstances, more particularly, in view of the fact that the order passed by this Court in the above writ petition has been complied with, this contempt petition is closed.
