Pursuant to the order dated 19.10.2016, the respondent appeared before this Court.

The learned counsel, appearing for the respondent, submitted that the respondent had already vacated the premises and is handing over the keys to the counsel for the petitioner today. Further, the learned counsel

M. DURAISWAMY,J., sr submitted that the respondent has not left any article, belonging to him, in the petition premises. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also received the keys.
