2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that some mistake has been crept in the order dated 15.07.2021. Accordingly, paragraph No.18 of the order dated 15.07.2021 shall be replaced as follows:

20. In the result, this Appeal Suit is dismissed. No costs. While granting interim stay, this Court directed the appellant to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) to the credit of the suit within a period of four weeks. Accordingly, the appellant complied with the said order and a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) is lying into the credit of the suit. On filing of the appropriate application, the respondent is permitted to withdraw the same.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the order and issue fresh order copy.
