When the matter was taken up, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.30184 of 2013, dated 14.03.2014, has been duly complied with by measuring the property and marking the boundaries as directed by this Court. on 28.02.2015 itself. Mr.Ganesh Singh, Tahsildar / respondent also is present in the Court.
