A.No. 1475 of 2021 in C.S.No. 378 of 2013 R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.

This application has been filed by the plaintiffs in the suit seeking amendment of the cause title of the plaint, since there is a change in the Authorized agent of the plaintiffs company.

2. Along with the application, the power of attorney executed by the 1st plaintiff in favour of Mr.Jaydeep Singh Kochar and the resolution of the 2nd plaintiff authorizing Mr.Jaydeep Singh Kochar to represent the company have been filed.

3. The defendants have already been set exparte. Hence, notice to them is dispensed with.

4. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed and the cause title is amended. The counsel for the plaintiff to carry out the amendment by 30.04.2021 and file amended copy of the plaint.
