ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C in Crime No.Not Known of 2021 seek anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petition enquiry in C.No.75/JC/COB/2021 dated 24.02.2021 is pending against the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent police is harassing the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry and if any prima facie case is made out against the petitioners, register the F.I.R or close the petition enquiry within a period of two weeks from today i.e. 20.04.2021.
