Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd and 4th respondents to conduct survey the petitioner's land in Survey No.143/4 1B & 145/4B2 situated at No.5, Gudavancheri Village, Chengalpattu, Kancheepuram District on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2017 within the time frame. Mr.P.Senthilvel, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents and by consent of the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the 3rd and 4th respondents to conduct survey the petitioner's land in Survey No.143/4 1B & 145/4B2 situated at No.5, Gudavancheri Village, Chengalpattu, Kancheepuram District on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2017 within the time frame.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court, is that the said representation has not been considered so far and based on the said representation, the communication dated 02.11.2017 sent by the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent was also not acted upon.

5. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the 1st respondent to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.10.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the 1st respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
