ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- It is a case of chain snatching committed by the duo of the petitioners before this Court in and around the fourth week of January and the first week of February 2022, finally came to an end by the arrest of these petitioners in crime No.29 of 2022 on the file of the Veppadai Police Station, Namakkal District. incident occurred on 06.02.2022, these petitioners were arrested on 11.02.2022 and it revealed that there were few more chain snatching cases reported to the respondent police and the involvement of these petitioners is evident from the recovery of the stolen jewels from these petitioners in most of the cases.

2.Considering the gravity of the crime and the injury caused to the victims while snatching the chain, this Court is of the view that till completion of the investigation, these petitioners are not entitled for liberty. Hence, all these five petitions seeking bail are dismissed for the present.
