This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to interfere with running the petitioner's bunk shop and directing the 2nd respondent to issue license for run bunk shop at Renga Corner, Trichy Main road nearby Government General Hospital, Coimbatore pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2023.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Mythreye Chandru, Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
