(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel appearing for the bank submitted that on getting possession from the borrower, the possession has now been handed over to the petitioner today only.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner/auction-purchaser wants to ascertain the aforesaid. But in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the bank and finding that due compliance has been made, this Court is of the view that further listing of this matter is not required. However, it is made clear that if the petitioner/auctionpurchaser finds that the compliance is not made, he would be at liberty to revive the petition.
